Dear Parents/Guardians,

We hope you and your family continue to stay home and stay safe. We miss everyone very much. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we have been adjusting, like you, to the changes during the last few weeks.

Our goal during this school closure is to provide online learning activities for students but also to eliminate as much stress as possible for students, parents and guardians.

Please encourage your child/children to access the learning activities being offered by the teachers online through Seesaw and Google Classroom.

Grades P-6 students will be provided approximately one hour of instruction daily, and grades 7-8 will be provided approximately two hours’ instruction daily. This is in accordance with the guidelines set out by the Nova Scotia Department of Education.

We encourage you to keep in contact with your child/children teacher, do not hesitate to reach out if there is any way we can assist you.

Thank you,

Stay home and stay safe!

If your teacher is using Seesaw, here is a video showing how to sign in using Home Learning Codes.

Dear Parents /Guardians,

We hope that all of you are doing well during these challenging times. Please note we are missing our students, and cannot wait to contact them with steps moving forward. In the meantime, we are requesting an updated email address, and phone numbers to be able to contact you in order to move forward in supporting our families during this school closure.

We do have many email addresses and phone numbers already, however we need to make sure that these emails and phone numbers are currently the ones that you are using. Please contact your classroom teacher with your information. Emails are on the school website under the Staff Tab.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Take care, stay home and stay safe.

Dear Parents /Guardians,

We are in the process of compiling a list of resources that families can use to support their learners during the school shut down. We will be adding to this list regularly so please check back often. This is an unprecedented time and we are learning together as a community.

Take care, stay home and stay safe.
